Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities with educational institutions and individual clients
- Implement targeted marketing strategies to promote educational products and services
- Conduct consultative sales presentations to demonstrate educational solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Achieve monthly sales targets through systematic prospecting and conversion
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or educational consulting
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Indonesian education system and market
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
