In this role, you will act as a key advisor to students seeking international study opportunities, helping them navigate the complexities of overseas education.
The ideal candidate is a sales-driven individual who excels in building relationships and presenting information clearly and persuasively. You will be the face of NIEC, responsible for transforming student ambitions into successful study abroad journeys while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad programs and university options.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry follow-ups to successful student enrollment.
- Deliver professional presentations at schools, exhibitions, and office consultations.
- Assist students with application documentation, visa procedures, and pre-departure briefings.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and sales performance targets.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local educational institutions and partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for communication with international partners.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in handling high-volume inquiries and managing student expectations.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
