Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage prospective students for Japanese Language and SSW Skill Training programs through targeted outreach strategies
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, educational institutions, and community networks in Lampung
- Conduct detailed program consultations, highlighting career benefits and learning outcomes to prospective students
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and community organizations to generate qualified leads
- Track enrollment metrics and optimize conversion strategies through data-driven analysis
- Prepare comprehensive reports on market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure program information accuracy and alignment with industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (D3 candidates with exceptional experience may apply)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education consulting, sales, or student recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets in educational services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex program benefits
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with consultative approach to sales
- Deep understanding of Lampung's educational landscape and student demographics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
