Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive, one-on-one educational counseling to prospective students interested in studying in Australia.
- Assist students with the end-to-end university admission process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Provide expert guidance on student visa requirements, application procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Support students in navigating accommodation options and pre-departure preparations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Australian education systems, institutional offerings, and industry trends.
- Achieve individual and team targets by proactively following up with leads and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and partner educational institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in international education or student recruitment is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the Australian education landscape and visa regulations is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Technologically proficient with CRM software and office productivity tools.
