Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to discuss educational opportunities.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding courses and study programs.

- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with leads to nurture relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals effectively.
- Record detailed customer interactions and requirements in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi
