Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum tailored to the needs of diverse learners
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and community educators
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders including schools, community organizations, and government agencies
- Prepare educational materials and resources that align with learning objectives
- Assess the learning needs of students and design appropriate intervention strategies
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in education and training
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes for reporting purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in educational program development and implementation
- Strong understanding of current educational methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems
- Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
