Celestica is seeking dynamic and motivated students to join our EHS Internship Program at our state-of-the-art facility in Senai, Johor. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on, practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working alongside industry professionals.
We are actively looking for interns to join our team starting in May, June, July 2026 and onwards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the EHS team in conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the manufacturing floor.
- Support the maintenance, updating, and filing of critical EHS documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.
- Participate in the development and rollout of site-wide safety campaigns, environmental initiatives, and employee wellness programs.
- Help prepare and organize EHS training materials and coordinate schedules for training sessions.
- Assist in monitoring environmental metrics, including waste management, chemical safety, and emissions tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential safety hazards and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering (Environmental/Chemical/Industrial), or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of Malaysian EHS regulations, including OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and EQA 1974.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship starting May, June, or July 2026.
