Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad, a premier automotive group in Malaysia and the exclusive distributor of Nissan vehicles, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Executive to join our dynamic team in Selangor. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's comprehensive EHS management system. You will ensure full compliance with Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994, Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974, and other relevant regulations. Your expertise will be critical in driving a proactive safety culture, minimizing environmental impact, and protecting the well-being of our employees.
As a Senior EHS Executive, you will lead hazard identification and risk assessment initiatives, conduct thorough incident investigations, and manage emergency response planning. You will also be the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as DOSH, DOE, and BOMBA. Your strategic insights will help shape our EHS policies for the entire group.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses for all operational areas.
- Lead incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage environmental compliance including scheduled waste management, water discharge, and air emission monitoring.
- Organize and deliver engaging EHS training sessions, inductions, and emergency drills for employees and contractors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA) and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Monitor EHS performance indicators, conduct internal audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion and promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and reward programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) Malaysia and possess a valid Green Book.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of EHS experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sector.
- Certified Lead or Internal Auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysian EHS legislations including OSHA 1994, EQA 1974, and FMA 1967.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
