Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with national EHS regulations and ISO standards
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and emergency drills
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management initiatives
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to embed safety culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of EHS supervisory experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Professional certification in EHS (OSHA, ISO 14001, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations and standards
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management ability
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis expertise
- Advanced proficiency in EHS management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
