Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for construction initiatives from planning to handover
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance against projections
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage project scope changes
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction
- Proven expertise in budget control, scheduling, and resource management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
