PT Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our operations in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. As a key member of our technical team, you will ensure the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of our hydraulic and electrical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and hydraulic machinery.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime and production loss.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades, process improvements, and automation projects.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory accurately in digital systems.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and startup of new electrical and hydraulic equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and operational procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of PLC systems, circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, and hydraulic principles.
- Valid Indonesian electrical technician license (SKA/SBU) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, climbing, and working in industrial settings.
