Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and refrigeration equipment in coffee shops and production facilities
- Perform diagnostic tests to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with operations team to minimize equipment downtime and maintain service continuity
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports for equipment records
- Source replacement parts and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
- Train staff on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical/refrigeration maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, coffee machinery, and commercial refrigeration units
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Valid electrical or refrigeration certification (e.g., EPA 608) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team and suppliers
