Davao Airport View Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrician to join our facilities maintenance team. Your role is vital in ensuring that all electrical systems, from guest room amenities to large-scale hotel equipment, operate safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background in electrical systems and a commitment to safety standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous upkeep of our electrical infrastructure, performing both emergency repairs and routine preventive maintenance. You will work closely with our Engineering and Maintenance department to uphold the high standards of our hotel operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures throughout the hotel premises.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, including backup generators, circuit breakers, and distribution panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in guest rooms, commercial kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure guest safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes to plan and execute repairs.
- Monitor and replace lighting systems, ensuring energy efficiency across the facility.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of electrical tools and supplies, requesting replacements as necessary.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code and local safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an electrician, preferably within the hotel or commercial building industry.
- In-depth knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical issues quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call duties.
- Basic communication skills for coordinating with hotel staff and reporting to management.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including confined spaces or heights.
