We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician (NCII EIM) to join our maintenance team in Lipa, Batangas. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with local safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution units.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in commercial buildings and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute installations.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in strict accordance with Philippine electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the installation of new electrical components and fixtures.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid NCII Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in facility maintenance or electrical installation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and voltage testers.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site at various locations within Lipa City.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
