Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults, mechanical breakdowns, and instrumentation issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and test new machinery and electrical components in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational or Technical Course Graduate in Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (minimum 2-3 years) as an Electromechanic or Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical plant setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) basics, and instrumentation.
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in an industrial environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing duties that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in various industrial conditions.
