Shopee is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our SPX Express operations team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of defense for our warehouse automation and conveyor systems, ensuring that our logistics operations run with maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. You will be responsible for the proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical warehouse infrastructure, including sophisticated conveyor networks, inverters, and HMI modules. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated conveyor systems and warehouse machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components including inverters, HMI panels, and control modules.
- Maintain and monitor complex breaker systems and industrial cabling infrastructure.
- Execute daily inspections to identify potential mechanical failures before they impact logistics throughput.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize equipment performance and workflow efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in accordance with company safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency technical breakdowns to minimize warehouse operational downtime.
- Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols while performing technical tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related vocational certification.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, ideally within a logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including inverters, PLCs, and complex control modules.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and mechanical schematics.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical repairs, specifically regarding conveyor systems and heavy-duty motors.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of equipment failure.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City and be flexible with shifting schedules.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards in a high-volume production environment.
