Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on hydraulic, traction, and gearless elevator systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify mechanical or electrical faults.
- Install, adjust, and replace components such as doors, governors, and limit switches according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts inventory accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding system status and repair progress.
- Work collaboratively with electrical and mechanical teams to complete large-scale installation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Elevator Mechanic or similar technical role.
- Valid professional license or certification to operate and repair lifts (e.g., DOLE, local trade license).
- Strong understanding of elevator control circuits, power systems, and hydraulic principles.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites within Metro Manila.
