Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional flows, and lifecycle triggers.
- Segment audience lists based on behavior, demographics, and purchasing history to deliver highly personalized content.
- Optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics through continuous A/B testing and analysis.
- Build and maintain automated marketing workflows (drip campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase sequences) using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights/reports to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative assets across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, compliance standards (GDPR/CASL), and mobile-first design best practices.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale email lists and driving measurable conversion growth.
- Proficiency with modern ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Braze) and SMS marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and platform-native reporting tools to interpret data.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for visual design and layout.
- High level of proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
