- Advise corporate clients on optimal employee benefits structures and comprehensive medical insurance options.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Conduct thorough financial planning analysis to help clients optimize their insurance premiums and benefits packages.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external insurance providers to execute employee benefit programs.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and current corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend competitive and cost-effective benefit solutions.
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently to maintain trust.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee benefits consulting, insurance, or financial planning.
- Strong understanding of medical insurance schemes, group policies, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives and HR managers.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CFP, CPF) is highly desirable.
