Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Create engaging content including career stories, employee testimonials, and recruitment materials for various platforms
  • Manage and optimize our employer branding presence across social media channels and career websites
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in employer branding and talent attraction
  • Design and produce creative assets including videos, infographics, and visual content for employer branding campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative approaches to employer branding and recruitment marketing

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, creative marketing, or recruitment marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding campaigns
  • Exceptional creative skills with experience in content creation, graphic design, and visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices for employer branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
