Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth consultations with families to understand their specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable domestic helper candidates based on skills, experience, and character.
- Facilitate professional matching of helpers to families to ensure long-term compatibility and satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including contract preparation, medical assessment coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and drive referrals.
- Stay updated on local labor regulations, agency compliance standards, and industry trends.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with both clients and helpers to ensure the placement is successful and address any concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving client problems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local domestic helper industry is a strong advantage.
- Valid Singapore work pass (if applicable).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
