Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing backend engineering team
- Define technical roadmap and architecture for scalable backend systems
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and process optimization
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional dependencies
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical ownership
- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and team capacity planning
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least one major backend technology stack (Java, Python, Node.js)
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams of 5+ members
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to balance technical debt and innovation
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
