Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification (PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching English to young learners
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
