Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans tailored to various student proficiency levels.
- Conduct high-quality classroom instruction, covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, and speaking skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through periodic assessments and constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and academic achievements.
- Create a positive and motivating learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.
- Participate in periodic training and academic development sessions to stay updated with modern teaching methodologies.
- Maintain organized attendance and performance records for all assigned classes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, English Education, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong passion for education and a genuine desire to mentor students.
- Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and keep students engaged.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational materials for modern teaching.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Palembang and commit to a full-time schedule.
