Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Manage homeroom responsibilities, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Assess student performance through various methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and improve curriculum materials.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and assessment data.
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education (S1, S2, or S3).
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing skills are essential).
- Patient, approachable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid teaching certification in Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Experience teaching primary school mathematics is a plus.
- Ability to utilize educational technology and digital tools effectively.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
