Your primary focus will be teaching English using fun, creative, and interactive methods that go beyond traditional textbooks. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver creative, interactive English lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels (SD, SMP, SMA).
- Foster a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere to boost student confidence in speaking English.
- Prepare engaging teaching materials, quizzes, and assignments to monitor student progress effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their grammar and vocabulary.
- Create a fun, dynamic learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
- Collaborate with the team to adapt teaching strategies based on student performance.
Kualifikasi
- Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage with children and teenagers.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to think outside the box and create memorable learning activities.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Passion for education and student development.
