As an Enrolled Nurse in our outpatient clinic setting, you will be at the forefront of patient interaction, providing essential nursing care and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality basic nursing care and assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Perform clinical procedures such as wound dressing, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy as required.
- Assist doctors and senior nurses during clinical examinations and minor outpatient procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient vitals and nursing interventions.
- Manage clinic flow and patient appointments to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all visitors.
- Educate patients and their families on post-consultation care and medication management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of clinical equipment and maintain inventory of medical supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to maintain safety standards and infection control protocols.
Kualifikasi
- National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Nursing or equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for electronic medical records (EMR).
- Willingness to perform shift work if required by clinic operating hours.
