Tanggung Jawab
- Assist care recipients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Support with mobility and physical transfers using appropriate techniques.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the care team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly or disabled individuals.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as required.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all care recipients.
- Follow personalized care plans strictly and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all individualsāno prior healthcare experience required.
- Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in elderly or disability care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Singapore for assignments.
- Basic proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
