Join Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa as a strategic Enrollment & eVoting Product Owner and drive innovation in digital governance solutions. This pivotal role requires you to own the entire product lifecycle – from ideation and planning to merchandising and optimization – while ensuring seamless user experiences for complex enrollment and electronic voting systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps, balancing business objectives with user needs. The ideal candidate will champion agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance in the sensitive e-voting domain. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and prioritize product features/enhancements for enrollment and e-voting platforms using data-driven insights
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives and market trends
- Manage product backlogs using agile methodologies (Jira, Scrum, Kanban)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
- Ensure compliance with election regulations and security standards for e-voting systems
- Measure KPIs and user feedback to iterate product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience as Product Owner/Manager with SaaS or government tech products
- Deep expertise in product development lifecycle (ideation to merchandising)
- Proficient in agile frameworks and product management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and user research
- Knowledge of e-voting systems, public sector compliance, or identity management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
