Tanggung Jawab
- Lead student recruitment strategies and enrollment campaigns for Wesley Methodist School Klang
- Manage prospective student enquiries through CRM systems and provide timely responses
- Develop and execute marketing materials (brochures, digital content, event collateral)
- Organize outreach events, school tours, and promotional activities
- Analyze enrollment data to identify growth opportunities and optimize recruitment channels
- Collaborate with admissions team to streamline enrollment processes
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in student recruitment or marketing role
- Proven track record in managing CRM systems and lead generation
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Creative problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Prior experience in education sector highly advantageous
