Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and expand service adoption.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities within existing accounts to exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to improve the entire customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and business reviews to communicate progress and strategic roadmaps.
- Proactively identify industry trends and market shifts to provide consultative advice to your client portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Account Management, or Business Development within the tech/SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in managing complex deal cycles, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
