Nityo Infotech is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our growth within the banking and financial services sector in Indonesia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise-level deals, positioning our cutting-edge technology solutions to solve the most pressing challenges faced by major banking institutions today.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, leveraging your industry expertise to build long-term relationships and drive significant revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions align with market demands, helping our clients navigate digital transformation and competitive market dynamics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets within the banking sector.
- Identify and qualify enterprise-level prospects, conducting comprehensive needs assessments to tailor solution offerings.
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers at top-tier banking institutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine value propositions and sales strategies.
- Represent Nityo Infotech at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, specifically targeting the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) industry.
- Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise contracts.
- Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Indonesian banking sector.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of modern banking technologies, digital transformation, and core banking systems.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
