Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive entertainment strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity
- Plan, coordinate, and manage entertainment events, shows, and programs from concept to completion
- Source, negotiate with, and manage entertainment talent, performers, and production partners
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate entertainment elements into broader campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify innovative entertainment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and contractual obligations
- Evaluate event success through feedback collection and performance metrics reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Arts Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in entertainment management, event coordination, or production roles
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale entertainment events
- Strong understanding of the Philippine entertainment industry and media landscape
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Proficiency in project management tools and budget management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events
