- Perform beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and makeup application
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station in compliance with health standards
- Promote and upsell beauty products and retail items to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable client experience
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; full training provided
- Certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field is advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and desire to learn
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts
- Willingness to work in Central Region
