Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Deliver effective safety training programs in both English and Mandarin
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations
- Manage EHS documentation and reporting requirements
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills
- Advise management on EHS best practices and emerging trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Professional EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
- Proven experience in EHS management and compliance
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to analyze complex safety issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
