As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a cornerstone of the operations team, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will directly impact the guest experience and overall business efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks including executing detailed preventive maintenance schedules, rapidly diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, performing complex mechanical repairs, and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of spare parts. You will meticulously document service histories and work in tandem with external vendors and internal engineers to upgrade systems and enhance performance. A vigilant commitment to safety protocols is non-negotiable in this dynamic environment.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ, SCDF) are a distinct advantage. Experience with HVAC systems, pumps, conveyors, or industrial automation is highly desired. You must be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment according to established schedules.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and system failures, implementing effective repairs to minimize operational downtime.
- Execute corrective and emergency maintenance tasks promptly, adhering strictly to safety procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and parts procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for equipment performance improvement and reliability enhancement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or industrial sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, conveyor systems, or industrial automation is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and safe work procedures.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., SCDF, LEW, electrical license) will be favorably considered.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
