You will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle, from conducting proactive routine inspections to executing complex troubleshooting and rapid repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment according to scheduled intervals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to identify root causes.
- Execute complex repairs efficiently to minimize operational downtime and ensure production continuity.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment service activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment setup meets operational requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and suggest upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace.
- Participate in emergency repairs and standby duties as required by facility needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related vocational certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Strong working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in basic electrical troubleshooting and mechanical systems repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and technical accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the company.
