Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults, performing routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates within strict safety and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive innovation in our manufacturing processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Calibrate and test machinery to meet precise industry specifications and quality control requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Conduct safety inspections and adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to install, modify, and improve existing equipment systems.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Equipment Technician or similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuitry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and basic automation systems.
- Valid Technical Certificate (e.g., TESDA) or equivalent certification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
