Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on agricultural equipment and machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures using diagnostic tools
- Overhaul and replace defective components to minimize operational downtime
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for equipment history
- Coordinate with procurement team for ordering replacement parts and supplies
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment handling and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or repair
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or repair preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently in outdoor and workshop environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
