RecruitFirst is currently seeking a dedicated Equipment Technician to join a leading Multi-National Corporation (MNC) in Tuas. The role features a competitive salary range of $2,600 to $3,800 per month, inclusive of monthly allowances and a performance-based bonus.
Employees in this position enjoy a 4-day work week with a rotating shift schedule. This arrangement allows for a better work-life balance while ensuring continuous operations. As an Equipment Technician, you will be integral to keeping the facility running smoothly, ensuring that all machinery is maintained to the highest standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults.
- Monitor equipment operation logs and perform preventive maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with strict safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities, parts used, and downtime hours accurately.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in equipment maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit, S Pass, or Singaporean/PR status.
