Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for clients in manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and recommend ERP system customizations
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
- Provide Mandarin-language training and documentation for system users across multiple departments
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure solution adoption
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of ERP consulting experience with proven implementation track record
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency with professional business communication skills
- Expert knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and integration methodologies
- Strong analytical abilities with experience mapping business processes to technical solutions
- Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
