Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Indonesian market.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Provide expert consultations to understand client business requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, accounting, or business management software is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Professional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
