Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for SAP ERP solutions in Jakarta and surrounding regions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Present ERP solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers through customized demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and implementation roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise software sales, preferably SAP or ERP solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
