Join Sea Limited's dynamic HQ Finance team as an ERP System Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in supporting the accounting and finance operations of our three core business verticals across Southeast Asia. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and configure ERP modules (SAP/Oracle) to support finance operations
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user manuals
- Collaborate with finance teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as ERP System Analyst or similar role in finance/tech
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and implementation projects
- Advanced SQL skills and basic scripting knowledge (Python/SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in multicultural teams
