Tanggung Jawab
- Support development and implementation of ESG programs aligned with global frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and manage sustainability partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and industry groups
- Monitor ESG metrics, prepare compliance reports, and track program performance against KPIs
- Research emerging sustainability trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to integrate ESG considerations into business operations
- Assist in developing sustainability communications and internal ESG training materials
- Support carbon footprint analysis and environmental impact reduction programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Sustainability-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in ESG, CSR, or sustainability programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools (e.g., CSRware, Sustainly)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and SDGs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Certification in ESG (e.g., GRI Standards) is highly desirable
