Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically plan and manage all estate operations to meet annual crop production and cost budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team of assistant managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Closely monitor field activities including manuring, weeding, pest management, and harvesting to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISPO, RSPO, and other relevant sustainability and certification standards.
- Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for senior management review.
- Manage the estate's infrastructure, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the HR department for workforce planning, recruitment, and employee welfare.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the palm oil or rubber plantation industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of agronomic principles, estate management protocols, and cost control.
- Proven track record of achieving high FFB or latex yields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estate management software.
- Willingness to reside at the estate location in Kalimantan Barat.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
