In this role, you will be the backbone of our bidding process, ensuring that every project we undertake is backed by precise technical analysis and financial accuracy. You will collaborate with senior project leads to transform complex drawings and tender requirements into competitive, profitable cost structures. We are looking for an analytical mind capable of evaluating market trends, pricing strategies, and construction specifications to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs.
- Develop comprehensive cost calculations for tender documents and bid proposals.
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure competitive market positioning.
- Monitor and report on project budget variances throughout the estimation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the project management team to refine cost models based on historical data.
- Maintain an organized database of construction material costs and labor rates.
- Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits to assess project feasibility and risk factors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction estimation or quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, BIM, or similar) and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Deep understanding of construction materials, building codes, and local market pricing in Jakarta.
- Proven ability to interpret complex tender documents and legal specifications.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
