FPT Software is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ethical Sourcing Support professional to join our team on a project-based basis. In this role, you will support our operations by ensuring that our vendors and suppliers adhere to strict ethical guidelines, compliance regulations, and sustainability standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting preliminary supplier audits to verify compliance with company ethical policies and international standards.
- Review and analyze supplier documentation, including certificates of origin and ethical compliance reports.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors to address ethical concerns and resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Maintain and update the internal database with accurate supplier information, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
- Support the development and implementation of new ethical sourcing guidelines and training materials.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing ethical sourcing activities and compliance status for management review.
- Conduct research on industry best practices for ethical supply chains and sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in auditing, quality assurance, or supply chain operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a project-based timeframe.
- Understanding of basic business ethics and sustainability concepts.
