Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning activities for the Bio BA Commercial division, optimizing inventory levels and demand forecasting
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, sales) to align planning with business objectives
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure supply reliability
- Oversee end-to-end planning processes including S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Mentor and develop planning team members to build operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand planning, and S&OP processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in commercial or industrial supply chain environments preferred
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certification highly desirable
