Accenture is seeking a talented and detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex ETL processes and data pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Install, configure, and manage various Database Management Systems (DBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Develop and optimize procedures for daily data maintenance, cleansing, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports.
- Perform data modeling and schema design to support organizational data warehouses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and data anomalies effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to data governance and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ETL development, data warehousing, and database administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with major ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Pentaho).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques and ETL architecture patterns.
